The critical word here is "PROMOTION". It's not going to be achieved through fiercer regulation. One would hope that the government has figured out by now that you can't over-regulate an economy. But alas our esteemed minister of trade and industry (the worst of an extremely bad lot barring Trevor and Pravin) sees fit to make the regulations unplayable.
Resign Rob you are the perfect application of the Peter Principle. Actually I lied – very few people in the ANC governement are an application of the Peter Principle (especially Rob), almost all were incompetent before they were allocated a fiefdom appointed to their positions.
