The 39-page Namibia Financial Sector Strategy (NFSS), launched by Finance Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, contains few concrete targets, however. The only two targets in the blueprint pertain to financial inclusion and the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX).
Within the next ten years, 74 percent of Namibians must have access to financial services compared to the 69 percent currently.
