Cape Town – Regional and not just national demographics should be taken into account for employment equity targets.
That was the ruling on Friday by the Labour Appeal Court, in a decision which trade union Solidarity has described as a major setback for the government’s stance on the issue.

The Labour Appeal Court has ruled regional and national. Of course Rob's don't specify either in his patently unconstitutional document. Rule of law people, it's the fucking rule of law. So simple – if you want us to follow any law just make sure we know from the legislation (primary or secondary) what you want from us. That is obviously a little too much to ask from this government.
