No, I'm not going to comment on Rob and his useless Licensing of Businesses Bill. What I will say is that Rob is single-handedly drowning South Africa in his sea of incompetence. Take a look at the documentary requirements under BEE and the capabilities of those people who are supposed to be running it in Rob's department – speaks volumes about the minister doesn't it.
