Unfortunately the overwhelming majority of the population are avid listeners or viewers of the state (read ANC) broadcaster, so if they block a political advertisement then it is up to us to ensure that it is seen. It is a pity that that person living in Colesburg who Zuma's ANC has methodically shafted over the last five years won't get to see it.
